Ejecting system

The bowed shape for the Superior shows up as a supporting invention when ejecting without mechanical support. The winder can initially be equipped with mechanical or electrical ejection system, but these options can also be added later due to the modularity of the machine design.

Traverse motion

This option allows the sidewise movement of the complete batch winder. The distance can be selected according to the needs of the fabric, allowing to avoid a build-up of the cloth in the selvedge area and save rubber ribbon on the drive roller.

Pressing system

Thanks to the usage of a pressure tube an increase of the roll density can be achieved when winding fabrics. Additionally the development of creases can be limited and the adhesion of the fabric at the start of the winding process can be increased.

Spreading system

The spreading system «STRETCH» enables to achieve a better winding result – up to the point of entirely eliminating creases of the cloth. This is a modular option and can be installed at any time later too.
Diese Option kann jederzeit auch nachträglich eingebaut werden.

Inspection Table

Each winder can be equipped with an inspection table. The control of the fabric quality is done between the weaving machine and the batching unit.
Each execution of the cloth inspection tables (straight or inclined) uses energy saving LED lights.

Meter Counter

The meter counter allows the display of the cloth length on the touch screen panel. Specific cloth lengths can be programmed and help to optimize the logistics during shift work.

Cloth control

Winders of Willy Grob can be combined with automated cloth inspection systems. The integration into our system is possible without problems and for a successful use.
